The story so far
Vintage glazed display cabinet in a deep brown wood finish, with two full-height glazed doors divided into small rectangular panes. The broad case has a substantial plinth base and a stepped, moulded top edge, giving it a solid, traditional presence without taking up much floor depth.
Inside are three open display levels for glassware, ornaments or small collections. The shelves are lined with removable red patterned fabric, while the dark interior helps clear glass and ceramics stand out. Both doors meet at the centre and have an ornate aged-metal lock plate and drop handle; a keyhole is visible on the fitting.
The cabinet is in good used condition, with a rich, varied wood grain across the side panels and door surrounds. There are light signs of age and use visible in the finish but no obvious cracks or missing panes shown. A practical choice for a dining room, lounge or hallway where enclosed display storage is useful.
