Similar in style to our royal table the slats running across the top combine with the honey coloured hue of the teak to offer an extremely regal feel to this Chelsea Table.

A chunky double bottom stretcher provides a solid platform indoors or out … In addition to this the crafts-people responsible for the design use mortice and tenon joints reinforced with teak dowels for the ultimate in long lasting usability across the whole.

Solid brass fittings and lockable clasps complete the look and remain rust-free when used outside the home.

As can be clearly seen in the photo’s the leaf sections at either end fold neatly away under the table top itself.

Over and above its beauty teak – particularly the A Grade varieties we sell – is blessed with an abundance of natural oils and a very dense grain which offers the timber natural protection against the elements all year round and reduces the likelihood of cracking or splitting occurring over time dramatically.

This makes it perfectly suited for use outdoors … Although, with exposure to the elements over time the natural ageing process will turn it a silver-grey colour.

For many people this simply adds further character to teak furniture but for those who prefer the look and feel of newer teak the ageing process can be removed either by using a mix of mild soapy water and elbow grease on a warm summer’s day or by taking advantage of our Teak Care Products.
