The parasol has a classic hexagonal shape with a UPF 30+ rating to provide ultimate protection from the sun’s damaging UV rays.

A crank allows you to easily open and lower the canopy, whilst a tilt mechanism enables you to angle it towards the sun for greater shade and protection.

The parasol also has an air vent to stop the wind pulling it upwards and deliver better heat circulation when sitting beneath it.

The parasol pole is made from aluminium which, as well as being strong and sturdy, is very lightweight to easily pick up, move, and store the parasol away.

Both the pole and ribs, which hold the panels in place, are powder-coated for greater rust-resistance and outdoor use.

Steel vs Aluminium Parasol The parasol pole is made from aluminium as opposed to steel.

Although aluminium isn’t as durable as steel, it’s far lighter.

This makes the parasol easier to pick up, move around and store away.

Its lightweight design also makes it a top choice for camping and caravanning trips.
