This wonderfully atmospheric wall light from Elstead Lighting is part of their Carisbrooke range which also contains dazzling chandeliers and uplights in the same gothic style.

The Carisbrooke is made of lavish hoops of mild steel tubing with a black finish, surmounted by candle-style saucers topped with contrasting white candle tubes.

They look just as at home in a country cottage as they do in a medieval castle, but work particularly well with either deep or monochrome colour schemes and with lavish drape curtains and soft fabrics.

The Carisbrooke appeals to both carnal and spiritual senses.
