Also, it is clad in 12mm shiplap boards on a 34mm square framing with a Tongue and Groove floor and OSB roof for longevity.

All fixings and mineral roof felt are provided along with assembly instructions.

Dimensions shown are for the exterior wall of the building.

Before you assemble your playhouse, you will need a solid, dry ground base which is flat and level to a sufficient size.
