- You’re responsible for activity under your account.
3. Listings & content
- Post only content you have the right to use (text, images, etc.).
- No unlawful, infringing, misleading, or prohibited items. We may moderate or remove content.
- You grant us a limited licence to host and display your content to operate the Service.
4. Transactions
The marketplace connects buyers and sellers. Payment and delivery features may be provided on-platform; where used, you agree to applicable fees and policies. You must comply with all laws related to your listings and transactions.
5. Fees
Where fees apply (e.g., on successful sale), we’ll disclose them clearly before you commit. We may run promotions (e.g., early-seller perks).
6. Acceptable use
- No spam, scraping, or attacks on the Service (our rate limits and security controls apply).
- No posting of harmful code or attempts to bypass controls.
- Respect others’ privacy; keep conversations on-platform.
7. Intellectual property
Furnish Well branding, design, and platform software are our IP or our licensors’. Do not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer the Service.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data, including cookies and analytics. By using the Service, you acknowledge that processing.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Furnish Well will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.
