The story so far
This beautiful chair is quite a statement piece, it is upright and sturdy and incredibly comfortable. The back of the chair has been upholstered in a pure cream slub linen and is well padded. The cane seat is in very good condition with no damage. The frame is strong and sturdy although there is a small piece of wood missing from the front carved detail as shown in the pictures. It is not very noticeable and could likely be repaired but someone with woodwork skills.
A lovely piece for your hallway, office or lounge.
