The story so far
Skovby round wooden dining table with a central pedestal base and an extendable top made up of three shaped sections. The warm walnut-tone surface has a striking radial grain layout, with each segment meeting at the centre to form a geometric star-like pattern. A slim darker edge runs around the circular top, while the cylindrical pedestal keeps the space around the table clear of corner legs.
The top opens in sections to reveal the internal mechanism and support panels, as shown, allowing the table to be adjusted from its closed round format. It seats six comfortably in the photographed arrangement and would suit a dining room or larger kitchen-diner. The wood veneer finish is in very good visible condition, with light signs of normal use and no obvious major chips, deep scratches or staining. The table comes with 6 Skovby leather chairs good condition.
